Booking, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Welcome to The-moood.com! I'm thrilled you're considering a personalized tour experience with me in Thailand. My goal is to provide you with an unforgettable and smoothly run adventure. To ensure clarity and fairness for both of us, please take a moment to review my booking, cancellation, and reschedule policy below.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your personalized tour is considered confirmed once we have finalized all details of your itinerary and full payment has been received. Upon confirmation, I will begin making necessary arrangements and reservations for your tour.

2. Cancellation by You & Refund Policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of these tours and the upfront costs and commitments involved in arranging them (such as guide time, potential pre-bookings, and turning away other potential clients for your reserved date), all confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable.

I invest significant time and effort into crafting each unique itinerary. Once a tour is confirmed and paid for, resources are allocated specifically for your experience.

3. Rescheduling Your Tour

I understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. While bookings are non-refundable, I am happy to offer a complimentary one-time reschedule for your tour under the following conditions:

  • You must notify me in writing (e.g., via email or WhatsApp) of your intention to reschedule at least five (5) full days prior to your originally scheduled tour date.
  • The new tour date is subject to my availability. I will do my best to accommodate your preferred new date, but it cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak seasons.
  • The rescheduled tour must be for the same or a very similar itinerary. Significant changes to the itinerary may be treated as a new booking.
  • Only one complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking. Any subsequent requests to reschedule may not be possible or may incur an administrative fee.

If you need to reschedule less than five (5) days before your tour, or if you request a second reschedule, I will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis, but cannot guarantee that a reschedule will be possible without forfeiture of the original payment.

4. Cancellation by The-moood.com (Me)

In the highly unlikely event that I need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances on my part (e.g., illness, emergency), I will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund of the tour price paid, OR
  • Rescheduling the tour to a mutually agreeable alternative date at no additional cost.

I am not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visa fees, non-refundable flights, or accommodation.

5. Force Majeure

I cannot be held liable for cancellations or modifications to tours due to 'Force Majeure' events. These are unforeseeable circumstances beyond my reasonable control, such as (but not limited to) natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, government travel advisories, acts of war, civil unrest, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, I will work with you to find the best possible solution, which may include rescheduling, but refunds cannot be guaranteed.

By making a booking and completing payment for a tour with The-moood.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.
