- Booking Confirmation: Your tour is confirmed once full payment is received after we finalize your itinerary.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of these tours and upfront arrangements, bookings are generally non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: I allow one (1) complimentary reschedule for your tour, provided you inform me at least five (5) full days in advance of your scheduled tour date. The rescheduled date is subject to boats availability.
